Website Development and Management Services
Let's face it building a proper website for your business and managing it is a daunting challenge. There are many different platforms to choose from each having advantages and disadvantages. Not to mention managing domains, picking a host, deciphering analytics, social media integration, installing plugins, video embedding just to name a few.
At Image is Reality we don't build websites we build visual storytelling experiences. We wonder, what theme or design is best for your company's website? Then we design the site around the visual elements & communications that will lead directly to conversions and sales. A website should be seamless and not get in the way of a good story.
Programming is what makes the website work but the user does not care as long as the end user experience is engaging & rewarding.
Phases of Digital Cinema Productions
The stages of the production process are as follows.
Development - Development is sometimes included under the heading Pre-Production. It is separated here as the process before there is a completed script. This process includes the initial Creative Direction work to reach an idea that is forwarded to Story Development. Story Development is the process of taking the initial idea and turning it into a viable story outline. Once story development has reached a point in progression to start writing the Screenwriting or Scripting starts. One there is a finished script whether it is for a 30 second commercial, a documentary plan, a short film, or a feature length movie the project can move officially into Pre-Production.
Pre-Production - Pre-Production has many steps and they vary by production. Pre-Production begins with script coverage highlighting every element in the script that will need to be included in the budget. Next comes casting, location scouting, budgeting & scheduling processes. Auditions will be held for talent, crews will be confirmed, locations will be decided on and cleared to use, budgets will be detailed line by line, and initial schedules for production will be made. Initial Production Design and storyboards from the art department will commence preparing for production. The Director and DP will have decided on look of the film with the Art Director (Production Designer).
Production - Insurance will cover the production process and safety guidelines will be covered. Set construction will commence, and all release forms will have been signed. Now it is time to start production. Principal photography takes place during the production process as well as the 2nd Unit or B roll photography. If needed after the initial production schedule there could be a re-shoot or pickup of any addition coverage needed. All in all this is an exciting time because it is when images and on set sound is captured. The Director is in charge and the film is made.
Post-Production - Post-Production is often associated with non linear video editing -- which is one important part. Post-Production is the part of the process where all the elements of a finished movie come together. The digital film clips are logged and edited together. The visual and audio effects are added in piece by piece. The digital film is color corrected and graded. The composer's score is added in and mixed with other sounds. Title sequences and credits are added. Once the Director is satisfied and finished the picture is locked and it is now the Producer's responsibility to distribute the final product.
